Welsh Daffodil Bulbs for Sale in the UK

Our Welsh daffodil bulbs are harvested in July and carefully processed for planting and resale from August onwards. Grown in Pembrokeshire, we harvest around 30 varieties each season, ranging from traditional yellow daffodils to striking white, orange and pink varieties that flower from January through to April.

We supply both retail daffodil bulbs and wholesale daffodil bulbs across the UK. Whether you are planting in a home garden, landscaping a larger estate, or looking to stock our bulbs for resale, our bulbs are selected for strong growth, reliable flowering and excellent garden performance.

Our variety selection changes slightly each year depending on harvest quality and seasonal conditions. Full availability is confirmed ahead of the autumn planting season, and pre-orders for mixed bags and classic yellow daffodils are now open.

Wholesale Daffodil Bulbs – Bulk UK Supply

We supply wholesale daffodil bulbs across the UK, ideal for garden centres, landscapers, estates and large-scale planting projects. Traditionally daffodil bulbs were sold in 25kg sacks; however, we now supply in easier-to-handle 20kg bags. This size is more practical for lifting, storage and courier delivery, while still providing excellent value for bulk planting.

Our bulk bags are suitable for retail resale, landscaping schemes and mass spring displays. Purchasing in larger quantities offers significant savings compared to smaller packs and ensures consistent grading and reliable flowering performance.

All wholesale bulbs are carefully selected for size and quality, producing strong growth and vibrant blooms from January through to April, depending on variety.

Wholesale enquiries and pre-orders are welcomed now for the upcoming planting season. If you require trade quantities or would like to discuss availability and pricing, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Special Varieties & Smaller Retail Packs

Alongside our wholesale supply, we also offer selected daffodil varieties in smaller retail packs for gardeners looking for something distinctive. Each season we grow and harvest a range of traditional and speciality varieties, including large-cupped, small-cupped, multi-headed and double flowering types in yellow, white, orange and soft pink shades.

These smaller packs are ideal for home gardens, borders, containers and gift planting. They allow gardeners to experiment with different colours and flowering times, creating a varied spring display from January through to April.

As availability depends on the annual harvest, some varieties are produced in limited quantities. We recommend early ordering to secure specific types, particularly rarer or speciality bulbs.

If you are looking for a particular variety or would like advice on selection, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

How to Plant Daffodil Bulbs in the UK

Daffodil bulbs are easy to grow and reliable in the UK climate, making them one of the most popular spring flowers for gardens, estates and public spaces.

When to Plant Daffodil Bulbs

Daffodil bulbs should be planted between September and November while the soil is still workable and before heavy frost. Early planting helps bulbs establish strong roots before winter.

Where to Plant

Choose a well-drained position in full sun or partial shade. Daffodils perform best in soil that does not remain waterlogged during winter. They are ideal for borders, lawns, woodland edges, containers and naturalised areas.

How Deep to Plant

As a general rule, plant bulbs at a depth roughly three times the height of the bulb. For most daffodil varieties, this means planting around 10–15cm deep with similar spacing between bulbs.

Aftercare & Naturalising

Once planted, water thoroughly. Daffodils require little maintenance, but allowing foliage to die back naturally after flowering helps bulbs store energy for the following year. Many varieties naturalise well, meaning they will return and multiply each spring.

With the right planting conditions, daffodils provide dependable colour from January through to April and can thrive for many years.
